Autodesk Sponsored Design Challenge

Eligibility:

• Students from any year of UG Engineering Branch

Registration:

• Team of 02 members
• Entry Fees Rs. 200 Per Team
• Registration shall be completed before 18 th Feb 2026.

• Stages:

Stage-I: Orientation Workshop on Autodesk Fusion  (Online Mode)

Only Registered participants will be trained on Autodesk Fusion  via online mode

in the evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm by expert instructors from Autodesk (no registration fee for workshop).

Stage-II: Design Contest (Offline Mode- Venue-Dept. of Mechanical Engg. WIT Solapur))

Problem statements will be released on 26 th FEB 2026 and participants will have to complete the challenge using Autodesk Fusion.

1.  Complete the research work by 27 th FEB 2026 and complete the design on 28 th FEBh 2026 at WIT, Solapur (9:00 am to 1:30 pm).
2.  Screening will be completed by Industrial Jury Members and finalist will be declared on 28 th FEB 2026 by 6:00pm.
3. Finalists will be evaluated on the basis of Model Submitted, 2 best Rendered Images of the design and a 5-slide presentation.

• Rules:
• Only the submissions made on the Autodesk Fusion software will be considered for the prize.
• All the participants should register on the Fusion software through their mail ID.
• All rights of the project developed during the competition strictly belong to the owner of the corresponding project.
• The organizing team has the sole right to decide over disqualification of any participants that do not abide by the rules and regulations of the competition.
• The organizers hold the right to make changes in the event format or structure without prior notice to the participants. The participants March be informed regarding any changes via mail/WhatsApp.
• If a participant found using unfair means or have used any unauthorized sources anywhere in the model, it will lead to disqualification.

• Judging Criteria:
• Points will be awarded on the basis of innovation, creativity, design of CAD model, economic feasibility and use of software features (for example, rendering, animation, generative design and simulation if possible).
• The decision of the judges will be considered as final and no other participant is allowed to question their judgment.
• The prizes (not specified otherwise) will be awarded solely based on the decision of the judging panel and the organizers.

• Prizes: Amazon Vouchers worth Rs.30,000/- will be awarded to the winners Sponsored by Autodesk India.
