PROJECT COMPETITION

Event Guidelines:

1. Projects can be in the form of live demonstration/ models/ Poster/ Video.
2. Each Project should be represented by maximum 2 student representatives.
3. All required basic infrastructural facilities like working space, electricity, connection, etc., will be made available. For any special requirement, if any, participants should inform the coordinator well in advance.
4. All the registered participants are requested to come with project resources like software and hardware required for project execution. Participants must bring their own laptops for power point presentation.
5. All participants are expected to give project demonstration before a panel of judges.
6. Each project group will be given 07 minutes for presentation & demonstration and 05 minutes for question and answers.
7. All Participants must present their project for two days (27^th & 28^th February 2026)
8. The decision of judges and coordinating committee will be final and binding on all participants.
9. After the Valedictory function, Participation certificates will be distributed.
